Here's a layout I did at our Friday night Scrap n Chat,
I tried to go for something totally different to what I
normally would and I did. I love it, the bold red that I
would have never thought of doing, really made it.

I used the cricut expression to cut the shape that looks
a bit like a cog. It was supposed to be a tyre, I will try
another one with a friends little boy and do the same
shape in black. We'll see how that goes.

April Super Challenge

We are introducing monthly Challenge Packs in April with Aprils Challenge being a
Super Challenge.

The pack will be available from April 1 at a cost of $7.00 with a $50 voucher to be won.

Entries need to be received in store by, 4pm April 15 to be eligible.
Entries will be displayed in store with voting in store April 16th through to April 30 with the winner being announced May 1st.

Voting will be done by customers of the CAC (Creative Artz Cottage). One vote per customer per day.

Challenge rules will be included in the packs. So come and have a bit of fun with the chance of winning a $50 CAC voucher.

Ribbon Club

April is also the month we will be introducing our new Ribbon Club. If you love ribbons then this is the club for you.

Each month you receive a gorgeous assortment of ribbons to use on your craft projects or any thing else you might like to use ribbon on. It is totally up to you.

When you subscribe to the club for only $12 a month you receive a monthly supply of divine ribbons, we will also be holding ribbon club workshops monthly where we will complete 1 or 2 layouts per class using the ribbon from your packs.

Workshops

Cricut Cutting Service

Don't forget we have the Cricuts in store which are available for you to cut out any of the shapes or letters that you would like. The Cricut Expression can cut 12"x 24" for those big projects like words or pictures for the childrens walls.

The price reduction will be permanant. Your first 10 letters will be 30c per letter, and 5c per letter after that. If you've been wanting to give the Cricut a go, now's the time.

Welcome to The Creative Artz Cottage

I'm off to the Paper Crafts Festival in Brisbane this weekend, I will bringing back a whole stack of new products, ideas, tips and tricks for you all.

I'll be doing a cricut class so I will be a genius at that by the time I get back. If you want something a bit different to add to your page, come in and use the cricut. It is usually 75c per letter, but for the next two weeks I'll slash that to just 30c. So if you want something cut or drawn, but have been holding off, bring it in.

It's been an exciting month so far, as many of you would know I took over the shop 18th February and it has been go go go since then.

We have got so many new things in the pipeline, with new products coming in all the time. If your after anything that we don't currently have in stock, just ask the friendly staff in store and we will endevour to order it in for you or an equivalent product to substitute.
